A. All Orders received by 4 pm EST is guaranteed processed and shipped within 1 business day.

A. Yes! You can create, save and store your favorite inmate’s contact information and use for all future purchases.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Cell-Mail greetings will process and ship all in stock orders within 1 business day. All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. However, we are not responsible for any delay due to USPS shipping, inclement weather, etc.

Q. How will I know my order has been shipped?
A. Cell-Mail Greetings will notify you through email with a confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Q. Can I schedule cards for future delivery if I don't want them to ship right away?
A. Absolutely! Please select auto ship and provide future shipping dates for each product .
Q. Can I create my own card online?
A. You may use our blank inside cards to create your own personal message up to 700 characters. If you have any special request, please contact us at specials@cellmailgreetings.com. Our creative designers will contact you and help create the card of your choice for an additional fee. Please note, shipping time will vary depending on the time it takes to create the card.
Q. If I send the card directly to my inmate, how will I sign it?
A. Cell-Mail Greetings will digitally sign all greeting cards. Premier Club Subscribers will be able to upload personalized signatures for use in closing remarks. You are able to submit your own closing remark to be added to your card. (i.e. Love, Mom)
Q. Can I send cards to more than one address from one order?
A. Not Yet. Our developers are working on a solution.
Q. If I become a Premier club subscriber, can I cancel my membership?
Q. Can I refer an inmate to be featured on Compassion Corner?
A. Absolutely, send us a short 8 sentence summary to tell us about the inmate. Include full name, how long they’ve been in, and how much time they have left to serve. Send all summaries to compassion@cellmailgreetings.com.
Q. Do you keep track of my orders placed online?
A. Yes, Cell-Mail Greetings will keep track of all of your orders. Please go to your Account settings to review your purchase history.
Q. What format will my photos be printed and sent in?
A. Cell-Mail Greetings will include up to 3 photos directly on your letters at no additional charge. You only pay for the letter. If you wish to send separate photos, we will upload and process up to 3 photos on 4x6 quality photo paper for an additional fee. (See Send Pictures) Please be sure to change the quantity in your cart when sending more than 1 photo separately.
Q. What format can I upload my letters or photos in?
A. Please Upload Picture Files in JPEG, PNG, or GIF. Please upload letters in Adobe PDF(.pdf) or Microsoft Word(.doc). Be sure to add extra pages to your cart when uploading PDF or Word Documents with more than 1 page.
Q. What is your Returns and Refund policy?
A.Returns Policy: You may return most unopened items sold and fulfilled by Cell-Mail within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If Cell-Mail sells any items that are non-returnable, it will be clearly labeled in the product description. Cell-Mail is not responsible for damages caused by shipping.
Refunds: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a 50% refund.

Q. What is the maximum amount of Money I can send?
A. You may transfer an unlimited amount of Money in increments of $100.00 or less.
NOTE: *Please confirm with the respective correctional facility if there are any restrictions on the amount that can be given by mail to an inmate. Money transfers are processed in the Purchaser’s name and sent directly to the recipient.

A. For the Money Saving Option You must submit a claim to the USPS. In accordance with the rules of the USPS, a replacement will not be issued until 60 days after the money order purchase date, provided it has not yet been paid. You may use your tracking number that was sent from us in your confirmation email and contact the USPS for more details on the money order. Q. Can my inmate use this site?
A. Anyone that has access to the internet may use this service. If the inmate does not have internet but wants us to deliver a message to you (for quicker turnaround time), they may send it to PO Box 48037, Oak Park MI 48237. We will review, scan and email it directly to you for an additional fee. (Please See Our International Email Service)
Q. What if my item is returned from the prison?
A. Anyone that You will be notified via email or phone when an item has been returned from a prison. We will provide you with the reason for return as given by the prison. We will also provide options to resend if available. Cell-Mail Greetings is not responsible for any items returned by prison facilities. There will be no refunds given on returned items. Please make sure that your inmate is able to receive the items you wish to send before placing your order. A restocking or handling fee may be charged.
Q. What are your operating hours?
A. Cell-Mail Greetings Production hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Cell-Mail Greetings Production/Fulfillment Department will be closed on all major holidays. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day. All orders placed on these days will be shipped the next working business day.
All orders placed before 4pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same business day with the exception of special and/or out of stock orders.
All orders placed after 4pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the next business day with the exception of special and/or out of stock orders.
