Cell-Mail Greetings will digitally sign all greeting cards. Premier Club Subscribers will be able to upload personalized signatures for use in closing remarks. You are able to submit your own closing remark to be added to your card. (i.e. Love, Mom) Q. Can I send cards to more than one address from one order? A. Not Yet. Our developers are working on a solution. Q. If I become a Premier club subscriber, can I cancel my membership? Q. Can I refer an inmate to be featured on Compassion Corner? A. Absolutely, send us a short 8 sentence summary to tell us about the inmate. Include full name, how long they’ve been in, and how much time they have left to serve. Send all summaries to compassion@cellmailgreetings.com. Q. Do you keep track of my orders placed online? A. Yes, Cell-Mail Greetings will keep track of all of your orders. Please go to your Account settings to review your purchase history. Q. What format will my photos be printed and sent in? A. Cell-Mail Greetings will include up to 3 photos directly on your letters at no additional charge. You only pay for the letter. If you wish to send separate photos, we will upload and process up to 3 photos on 4x6 quality photo paper for an additional fee. (See Send Pictures) Please be sure to change the quantity in your cart when sending more than 1 photo separately. Q. What format can I upload my letters or photos in? A. Please Upload Picture Files in JPEG, PNG, or GIF. Please upload letters in Adobe PDF(.pdf) or Microsoft Word(.doc). Be sure to add extra pages to your cart when uploading PDF or Word Documents with more than 1 page. Q. What is your Returns and Refund policy? A.Returns Policy: You may return most unopened items sold and fulfilled by Cell-Mail within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If Cell-Mail sells any items that are non-returnable, it will be clearly labeled in the product description. Cell-Mail is not responsible for damages caused by shipping. Refunds: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Anyone that You will be notified via email or phone when an item has been returned from a prison. We will provide you with the reason for return as given by the prison. We will also provide options to resend if available. Cell-Mail Greetings is not responsible for any items returned by prison facilities. There will be no refunds given on returned items. Please make sure that your inmate is able to receive the items you wish to send before placing your order. A restocking or handling fee may be charged. Q. What are your operating hours? A. Cell-Mail Greetings Production hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time). Cell-Mail Greetings Production/Fulfillment Department will be closed on all major holidays.
